Cookie Cutters is a children’s hair care salon with over 25 years of experience. Our trained staff members specialize in working solely with children. Each store includes an in-store playground, televisions at each station for the kids to watch shows or play video games, and fantasy cars to sit in. Complete with a balloon, sucker and a smile at the end of each haircut.
